In this role, you will lead a technical Solutions Engineering team that supports sales execution and helps shape customer-facing strategy. You will be responsible for setting team direction, driving performance, and partnering across the organization to ensure strong execution and alignment. This position also plays a key role in hiring, workforce planning, and fostering effective collaboration across business functions.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $169,400 – $254,000 annually
