This remote role partners with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex needs into scalable technology solutions, guiding design and shaping enterprise systems, data, and automation across the organization.

You will lead discovery, communicate options, and deliver measurable value from idea through support, with a strong consulting mindset and risk management focus.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong consulting and communication skills to lead discovery conversations and influence stakeholders.
• Capacity to connect technology solutions with business goals and measurable value outcomes.
• Competence in integrating systems using APIs, Microsoft Graph, and SQL data sources.
• Experience with application lifecycle practices, governance, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Ability to manage solutions throughout their entire lifecycle, from discovery to deployment and support.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex needs into scalable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. You will lead discovery, guide solution design, and help shape how enterprise systems, data, and automation capabilities come together across the organization. The position also requires a strong consulting mindset, with an emphasis on communicating options, managing risk, and delivering measurable value from idea through support. Location: Remote. Compensation: $108,160 – $162,240 annually.
