Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to partner with sales and customer stakeholders, shaping technical data platform solutions and modern architecture adoption. Location: Remote (United States). Compensation ranges from $220,000 to $288,000 annually, with base and variable pay and equity options in a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in pre-sales or solutions architecture focused on data platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, and cloud data architectures.
• Experience with AI/ML capabilities in data platforms.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will partner closely with sales and customer stakeholders to shape technical solutions that address complex data challenges and support modern data architecture adoption. You will lead discovery, deliver compelling demos and proof of concepts, and translate business needs into practical platform recommendations. The position also plays an important role in gathering customer insights that help influence product direction and strengthen market fit.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $220,000 – $288,000 annually

• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance challenges
• Ability to quantify business value of modern data architecture
• University degree in computer science, data science, or a related field; Master’s preferred
