Ladders is seeking a Principal Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team in a remote capacity. This senior technical partner translates business needs into practical IT solutions and leads solution implementation across complex engagements.

You'll collaborate with project managers and delivery architects, shape proofs of concept, and conduct technical analyses, presentations, and training to drive successful outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant technical experience.

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Customer Solutions Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will serve as a senior technical partner to customers pursuing digital transformation, helping translate business needs into practical technical solutions. You will lead solution implementation efforts, shape proofs of concept, and guide technical analysis across complex IT engagements. The position also requires close collaboration with project managers, delivery architects, and internal teams to ensure strong execution, clear communication, and successful project outcomes. Location: Remote Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
