Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights (Remote) to lead the technology ecosystem for People and Community, shaping workforce analytics, reporting, and employee listening platforms. You will guide enterprise AI strategy, data governance, and secure data practices while directing a diverse HR technology roadmap across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday configuration, security, testing and support.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, analytics, audits and data quality.
• Experience leading enterprise HR system implementations, upgrades, and optimization across modules.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the multi-year division technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners for enterprise investment decisions.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise technology, data, AI, security, and operating-model forums.
• Lead, develop, and organize the HR systems and analytics team, building capability and equitable development opportunities.
• Own the division's technology intake and prioritization, balancing value, risk, and enterprise standards.
• Process owner for internal controls and evidence for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Safeguard sensitive employee data and ensure responsible AI use within HR systems.
• Improve platform reliability, service delivery, and self-service adoption.
