Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to set the multi-year technology direction for People & Community, overseeing HRIS, workforce analytics, and employee listening tools. The role partners across enterprise teams to guide platform investments, risk, and responsible use of AI, ensuring secure, compliant, and equitable decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday HRIS experience including configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• System implementations, upgrades, releases, and optimization across modules.
• Compliance, controls, security and audit support within HR systems.
• Project, program and change management in enterprise contexts.
• Cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security, compliance.
• Core HR knowledge: org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for People Systems.
• Govern HR system configuration, integrations, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and partners in collaboration with IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise tech, data, AI forums and risk discussions.
• Lead HR systems & analytics team, develop talent, ensure equitable development opportunities.
• Own technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk, and standards.
• Ensure internal controls and audit evidence is timely and accurate.
