Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to set the multi-year technology strategy for the People division and lead a team responsible for HR systems, analytics, and employee listening platforms. You will influence enterprise decisions on platform investments, risk, and responsible use of automation and AI within HR systems.

Qualifications

10+ years of related work experience with 3+ years leading teams or enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

Set and execute multi-year technology strategy for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
Lead governance for HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
Oversee HRIS budgeting, contracts, renewals, and partner implementations.
Shape enterprise technology, data, and AI strategies for the People division.
Build and mentor the HR systems and analytics team and ensure equitable access to development.
Own technology intake, prioritization, and internal controls.
Safeguard sensitive employee data and ensure audits are supported.
