Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the Trade Relations team and build relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers to secure favorable distribution and pricing for specialty medications.

You will develop engagement strategies, guide contract negotiations, and oversee programs that expand access to limited-distribution drugs, while collaborating with legal, compliance, and payer partners to support Lumicera’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license or reciprocity may be required.
• 7+ years in specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years in contract negotiation, with specialty experience preferred.
• 3+ years in people leadership or team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the trade relations team; set priorities and execute engagement strategy.
• Negotiate distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers and ensure compliance.
• Develop strategies related to disease states, assay alignments with formulary.
• Oversee clinical drug pipeline; identify opportunities for RFPs/RFIs.
• Secure access to limited distribution medications and manage related agreements.
