Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the Trade Relations team and drive manufacturer engagement, contract negotiations, and access strategies for specialty pharmaceuticals in the U.S. market.

The role oversees the clinical drug pipeline, negotiates distribution agreements, and partners with compliance, legal, and external vendors to maximize product access and value for payers and patients.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy is required.
• 7+ years in specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years in contract negotiation, with specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• 3+ years of people leadership or team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach the trade relations team, setting priorities and ensuring execution of engagement strategy.
• Direct negotiation of distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers and ensure implementation and compliance.
• Develop manufacturer strategies related to clinical disease states and formulary alignment.
• Oversee clinical drug pipeline and participate in RFPs/RFIs with manufacturers.
• Negotiate access to limited distribution medications and oversee related agreements, fees, and discounts.
• Establish, monitor, and negotiate pricing and service agreements with manufacturers.
