Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the Trade Relations team and drive manufacturer engagement, contract negotiations, and access to limited distribution medications. You will shape strategies, oversee the clinical drug pipeline, and align with PBM/payer objectives.

The role requires PharmD, active license, and substantial leadership in specialty pharmacy with a focus on contracts, pricing, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree and active, unrestricted license in home state.
• Minimum 7+ years in specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 5+ years in contract negotiation, preferably in specialty pharmacy.
• 3+ years of people leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of REMS requirements and Limited Distribution Drug (LDD) best practices.
• Ability to engage cooperatively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the trade relations team to execute manufacturer and trade engagement strategies.
• Negotiate distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers and ensure compliance and favorable terms.
• Oversee the clinical drug pipeline and identify opportunities for RFPs/RFIs with manufacturers.
• Manage access to limited distribution medications and negotiate related agreements and discounts.
• Maintain pricing and service agreements with manufacturers and coordinate contract reviews.
