Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the Trade Relations team and drive manufacturer and trade engagement strategies, negotiating distribution and procurement contracts to secure access to specialty medications and favorable pricing.

You will collaborate with legal, compliance, pharmacology, and external partners, oversee the clinical drug pipeline, and shape programs for limited distribution drugs while ensuring alignment with payer requirements and

Formación

• Pharmacy degree and active licensure in residence state.
• 7+ years in specialty pharmacy or pharma industry experience.
• 5+ years of contract negotiation experience in specialty/pharma.
• 3+ years of people leadership or team management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the Trade Relations team on engagement strategy.
• Direct negotiation of distribution and procurement agreements.
• Develop manufacturer strategies aligned with PBM formulary.
• Oversee the clinical drug pipeline and RFx opportunities.
• Secure access to limited distribution medications and agreements.
• Establish pricing and service agreements with manufacturers.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers and programs.
• Lead program expansion including data and enhanced services.
• Negotiate purchase discounts to maximize cost savings.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership on trends and performance.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
