Job summary
Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the team responsible for building and sustaining relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers that supply specialty medications.
You will direct negotiations of distribution and procurement contracts to secure access and pricing that meet payer and patient needs. The role focuses on developing manufacturer strategies, overseeing the clinical drug pipeline, and expanding access to limited distribution medications, while
Qualifications
- Doctorate or PharmD with pharmacy licensure in residence.
- 7+ years in specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry.
- 5+ years of contract negotiation experience in specialty pharmacy.
- 3+ years of people leadership or management.
- Knowledge of REMS and Limited Distribution Drug practices.
- Commitment to compliance programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and coach the trade relations team and set priorities.
- Negotiate distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers.
- Develop strategies related to clinical disease states and formulary alignment.
- Oversee clinical drug pipeline and participate in RFIs/RFPs.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and program terms with manufacturers.
- Ensure contract and data program reporting and analytics.
