Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the trade relations team and negotiate critical distribution and procurement contracts for specialty medications.

The role focuses on advancing manufacturer programs, securing access to limited distribution drugs, and aligning strategies with PBMs, payers, and patients. You will interface with legal, compliance, and external vendors, driving performance metrics and strategic partnerships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (BS in Pharmacy or PharmD) required; MBA preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist licensure in the state of residence or reciprocal eligibility within 4 months.
• 7+ years of specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 5+ years of contract negotiation experience, preferably in specialty pharmacy or industry relations.
• 3+ years of people-leadership or team-management experience.
• Strong knowledge of REMS requirements and Limited Distribution Drug best practices.
• Ability to adhere to compliance programs and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the trade relations team, setting priorities and ensuring strategy execution.
• Negotiate distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers and ensure implementation.
• Develop manufacturer strategies related to clinical disease states and formulary alignment.
• Oversee the clinical drug pipeline and opportunities in RFPs/RFIs.
• Secure access to limited distribution meds and manage related agreements and discounts.
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements following company policy and compliance reviews.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers and explore program opportunities.
• Represent Lumicera at leadership, industry, and trade groups.
• Ensure reporting capabilities meet internal and external requirements.
