Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead and expand Lumicera's manufacturer and trade engagement strategies. You will direct contract negotiations for distribution and procurement of specialty pharmaceuticals, ensuring access and favorable terms for payers and patients.

You will oversee the Trade Relations team, collaborate with legal, compliance, and vendors, and drive program innovation within a fast-paced specialty pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in residence or eligibility for reciprocity within 4 months.
• 7+ years in specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years in contract negotiation, preferably in specialty pharmacy.
• 3+ years leadership/people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the trade relations team, set priorities and execute engagement strategy.
• Negotiate distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers and ensure compliance.
• Develop manufacturer strategies related to disease states and formulary alignment.
• Oversee the clinical drug pipeline and participate in RFPs/RFIs for programs.
• Negotiate access to limited distribution medications and manage related agreements.
