Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the team responsible for building and maintaining relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers producing specialty products.

You will guide contract negotiations, drive access to limited distribution medications, and shape strategies with payers and PBMs to maximize product availability and favorable terms. The role requires proven leadership, extensive contract negotiation experience, and a strong understanding of

Qualifications

• 7+ years of specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 5+ years of contract negotiation experience, with focus on specialty pharmacy or industry relations.
• 3+ years of people-leadership or team-management experience.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of residence or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• Pharmacy degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach the trade relations team, setting priorities and ensuring consistent execution of manufacturer and trade engagement strategy.
• Direct the negotiation of distribution and procurement agreements with specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers and ensure successful implementation of agreements.
• Develop manufacturer strategies related to clinical disease states, competing medications, and PBM formulary alignment.
• Oversee the clinical drug pipeline and identify opportunities in RFPs/RFIs for manufacturer programs.
• Negotiate access to limited distribution medications and manage associated agreements, fees, and discounts.
• Establish and negotiate pricing and service agreements with manufacturers, including legal/compliance review.
