Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support Construction and Project Managers with coordination, documentation, and equipment ordering for Install base projects in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle day-to-day project support, vendor communications, purchase orders, invoicing queries, and dispute resolution assistance, contributing to smooth project execution and strong client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred Associate’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Construction and Project Managers with coordination and documentation.
• Manage equipment ordering for install base projects.
• Create and process purchase orders for subcontractors and vendors.
• Track payments and assist for invoicing questions.
• Attend WIP meetings and support AP disputes.
• Coordinate delivery of close-out documentation.
