Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a role to support installation contract administration and financial operations. Under supervision, you will assist with billing, schedules, and subcontract processing while maintaining customer communications and revenue goals.

You will coordinate with installation teams, update project labor and cost data, prepare billings, and resolve accounts receivable issues in accordance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in project accounting or costing principles is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support for installation contract business under supervision.
• Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, collections, and subcontract processing.
• Handle customer calls and maintain project/labor schedules.
• Run reports and reconcile costs such as labor hours and material purchases.
• Prepare and submit billings and required documentation (e.g., certified payroll).
• Support COAs resolution and lien waivers per contract requirements.
