Qualifications

• Proficient with Word, Excel, Access and related business software.
• Capable of working independently with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Track and provide direct support for the installation contract business.
• Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing activities.
• Process subcontract documentation and required paperwork.
• Prepare billings and resolve AR disputes per escalation process.
• Assist installation teams to reach revenue goals and liaise with vendors as needed.
• Provide administrative support and maintain customer account notes.
