Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking an onsite administrative professional to support Install base projects alongside Construction Managers and Project Managers.

You will handle coordination, documentation, equipment ordering, and billing support, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills, with personnel to pass background checks and drug screens.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Customer service experience and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination, documentation, and equipment ordering for Install base projects.
• Assist PMs and CMs with project-related administration and billing support.
• Coordinate with Sales on project bookings and releases; set up CCIP/OCIP projects.
• Submit CCIP/OCIP reporting and manage purchase orders for subcontractors.
• Track shipments, RMAs, and close-out documentation; attend WIP meetings.
• Resolve or escalate AR disputes; support accounts payable processes.
