Caesars Sportsbook & Casino is seeking a Sportsbook Supervisor to lead the retail sportsbook operations, ensuring excellent service for both regulars and newcomers. The role requires expertise in our betting menu and guiding customers to responsible wagering.

The supervisor will manage staff, control labor costs, uphold regulatory and company rules, and drive profitability while maintaining a welcoming environment. The position pays $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail Sports Book as a Ticket Writer or Supervisor.
• Experience in a sportsbook is highly preferred.
• Ability to motivate, lead and mentor staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Help the Sportsbook Manager maximize profitability of the sports book.
• Manage the operational cost of the sports book, focusing on labor costs and inventory management.
• Hold regular meetings with sports book leadership to develop strategic initiatives.
• Mentor employees to help them become better ticket writers.
• Drive and motivate staff to deliver high level customer service to both regulars and novice bettors.
• Handle escalated customer complaints/issues as needed.
• Ensure staff comply with company and regulatory rules.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
