Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Sportsbook Supervisor (Full Time) in Jackpot, NV. The role oversees on-site sportsbook operations, delivering high-level customer service to regulars and new bettors while ensuring compliance with all gaming rules and internal policies.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will mentor staff, manage labor costs, and lead strategic initiatives to maximize profitability and customer experience in a fast-paced retail sportsbook environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to obtain a gaming license where required.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Adhere to all compliance requirements set by the company and Gaming Control Board.
• Motivate, lead, and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Help the Book Manager maximize profitability of the sportsbook.
• Manage the operational costs of the sportsbook, focusing on labor and inventory.
• Hold regular meetings with sportsbook leadership to develop initiatives.
• Mentor employees to improve ticket writing and performance.
• Drive the staff to deliver high levels of customer service to regulars and novices.
• Handle escalated customer complaints/issues as needed.
• Ensure sportsbook staff operate in compliance with company and state gaming rules.
