Caesars Entertainment is seeking a sportsbook operations leader to serve as a face of our retail sportsbook. You will deliver top-tier customer service to regulars and first-time bettors while guiding a team of staff to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

You will help manage labor costs, inventory, and promotions, while mentoring team members and maintaining strong written and verbal English communication. This role may require flexible shifts and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Provide high level of customer service to regulars and novice bettors.
• Lead and mentor sportsbook staff to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Help the Book Manager maximize sportsbook profitability.
• Manage labor costs and inventory control.
• Hold regular meetings with sportsbook leadership to plan initiatives.
• Mentor employees to improve ticket writing.
• Motivate staff to deliver high level of customer service to all customers.
• Handle escalated customer complaints/issues.
• Ensure staff comply with company and Gaming Control Board rules.
