Job summary

Caesars Sportsbook & Casino is hiring for a retail sportsbook associate to be the face of our live sportsbook operations. You will deliver high-quality customer service, discuss betting options, and ensure compliance with company and gaming board rules.

You'll handle disputes, collaborate with teammates and leadership, and complete required paperwork while supporting a welcoming environment for both new and regular customers.

Qualifications

• Provide a top tier level of customer service that encourages customers to come back repeatedly.
• Adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and gaming control board.
• Become familiar with betting options to discuss with customers.
• Resolve customer disputes/complaints and escalate when needed.
• Be a positive team member and collaborate with leadership.
• Complete necessary paperwork per company policy and gaming standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide a top tier level of customer service that encourages customers to come back repeatedly.
• Don't get a penalty - ensure you adhere to all the rules and regulations set forth by the company and gaming control board.
• Become familiar with our betting options and be able to strike up conversations with customers regarding those options.
• Work to resolve customer disputes/complaints and escal to direct supervisor when needed.
• Be a positive team member and work collaboratively with other team members and your leadership team.
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork/documentation is filled out accordingly to company policy and gaming control board standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
