Job summary

Caesars Digital, part of Caesars Entertainment, seeks a Book Manager-level professional to lead the front-line team at our retail sports books in Las Vegas. You will enhance customer service for regulars and novice bettors, advise on wagering options, and ensure responsible gaming practices.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will manage staff, costs, and operations while maintaining strict compliance with company policies and gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to obtain a gaming license where required.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Adhere to compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Help the Book Manager maximize profitability of the sports book.
• Manage labor and inventory to control costs.
• Lead regular meetings with leadership to develop initiatives.
• Mentor staff to improve ticket writing.
• Deliver high level of customer service to regulars and novice bettors.
• Handle escalated customer complaints/issues.
• Ensure compliance with company and Gaming Control Board rules.
