You will supervise, train, and mentor ticket writers; monitor bets, payouts, and records; enforce policies and regulatory compliance; assist with scheduling, reporting, and promotional activities to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sportsbook, ensuring efficient operations and a high level of guest service.
• Supervise, train, and mentor sportsbook ticket writers, ensuring they adhere to policies and provide excellent customer service.
• Address and resolve any guest issues or disputes promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Ensure that sportsbook operations comply with all regulatory and company policies, including gaming laws and anti-money laundering protocols.
• Monitor the ticket-writing process to ensure accuracy in bets, payouts, and record-keeping.
• Assist with daily reporting, handle financial transactions, and maintain accurate records of bets placed and payouts made.
• Assist in creating and managing team schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
• Support sportsbook promotional activities, special events, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
• Provide feedback to management on operational improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the guest experience
