TenCate is a leading provider of synthetic turf, sports surfacing, sports construction, and related athletic-facility solutions. The Business Development Manager drives revenue growth in an assigned geographic territory, managing the full lifecycle from prospecting to award and execution.

This role emphasizes relationships with schools, municipalities, architects, and contractors, with travel across the U.S. to pursue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven business development or outside sales in sports construction or related markets.
• Ability to identify, qualify, and close new projects and opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building with schools, universities, municipalities, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business within an assigned geographic territory.
• Identify, pursue, and close new projects across sports construction and related areas.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide updates on opportunity status.
• Travel extensively within the territory; conduct in-person calls and presentations.
