Job summary

TenCate is expanding its Business Development team in the U.S. Markets with opportunities across multiple regions. The Business Development Manager will drive revenue in sports construction, athletic facilities, and synthetic turf by cultivating relationships with schools, municipalities, architects, and contractors.

The role requires extensive travel, in-person meetings, and a proactive, ROI-focused selling approach under a flexible territory plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling sports construction, athletic facilities, or related capital projects.
• Proven track record in outside sales, account management, or territory development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business within an assigned geographic territory, including pipeline development and revenue growth.
• Identify, qualify, pursue, and close new projects across sports construction and related solutions.
• Build strong relationships with schools, municipalities, and architects; manage customer meetings and site visits.
