Job summary

Fortune Media seeks a Client Success Manager for Fortune Conferences, based in NYC with hybrid work. You will own the client experience from sale to post-event wrap, coordinating internal teams to deliver sponsor benefits and drive renewals.

Travel domestically and globally as needed, supporting pre-sale and on-site execution with executives. You will build strong relationships with key sponsors, manage communications, and ensure exceptional service at every touchpoint, from contract to recap

Qualifications

6+ years of corporate sponsorship management experience in live/virtual events.
Strong client services experience with executives.
Proven ability to coordinate across internal teams (production, programming, marketing, editorial, sales).
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with high-level stakeholders.
Willingness to travel domestically and globally.

Responsibilities

Lead client experience from sponsorship sale confirmation through onsite execution and post-event wrap-up.
Serve as liaison between sponsors and internal teams to ensure benefits are delivered.
Support pre-sale activities by developing tailored sponsorship proposals and managing inventory.
Coordinate post-sale, on-site, and post-conference activities to ensure client satisfaction and renewals.
Provide timely updates to sales teams and clients and manage on-site programs.
