Job summary

Perfectlive.concierge seeks a Customer Success Manager to be the trusted face behind a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision. You will own the client experience end to end, coordinating with the service team to meet each client’s preferences, timelines, and requirements.

You will monitor engagement, develop retention strategies with the Sales department, and implement cross-selling tools across assistants.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Russian and English, written and spoken.
• 2+ years in client-facing or coordination roles, VIP or luxury contexts preferred.
• Experience handling international clients and high-touch service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience end to end, catching dissatisfaction early.
• Brief the service team on client preferences and requirements.
• Prioritise tasks by urgency and importance for sensitive requests.
• Review team output for tone, format and presentation against client expectations.
• Act as single point of contact, updating clients on progress and timelines.
• Develop and implement retention processes and LTV growth with Sales.
• Roll out cross-selling processes for assistants and provide scripts for coaching.
• Monitor existing clients, update profiles, and reactivate inactive clients.
• Check in after tasks to gauge satisfaction and share constructive feedback.
