Job summary

Learfield, a leader in on-campus sponsorships, seeks a Partnership Coordinator to execute activation and fulfillment across partner accounts. You will coordinate with university contacts, brand partners, and internal teams to track assets, deliver campaign elements, and support gameday operations.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining records, and providing post-event documentation, while building strong relationships with athletic departments and sponsors in a dynamic sports

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or related field (internships welcome).
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with initiative to support where needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and home games.

Responsibilities

• Execute activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across platforms.
• Serve as liaison between property team, university staff, and brand partners for asset delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, athletic staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Track sponsorship elements and delivery status.
• Assist with gameday operations including setup, signage, hospitality, and promotions.
• Supervise gameday staff to support on-site execution.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled elements.
• Support administrative functions like budget tracking, invoicing, and contracts.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution.
