Job summary

Learfield is seeking an organized Partnerships Coordinator to support corporate sponsorship activations on campus, coordinating fulfillment and assets for fans, sponsors, and university partners.

In this fast-paced role you’ll collaborate with internal teams, university contacts, and brand partners to track assets, deliver campaign elements, and support gameday operations, growing a career in sports sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or related field (internships welcome).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Clear, professional communication both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and gameday events.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day fulfillment across partner accounts, coordinating assets and campaign elements.
• Liaise between property team, university staff, and brand partners for smooth delivery.
• Track inventory and records of all sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist with gameday operations including setup, signage, hospitality, and promotions.
• Supervise gameday staff as needed for on-site execution.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for partnered elements.
• Support budgets, invoicing, contract docs, and expense reporting.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate with sales, digital, and marketing departments to ensure seamless execution.
