Job summary

Learfield is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Partnership Solutions Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team and support corporate sponsorship activations on campus. This role executes day-to-day fulfillment across partner accounts, coordinating with university staff, brand partners, and internal teams to track assets and deliver campaign elements.

You'll help with gameday operations, inventory tracking, budget support, and partner recap reporting, thriving in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Some experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or related field; internships or early career welcome.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and deadlines.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across traditional, digital, and in-venue platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between the property team, university staff, and brand partners to ensure smooth delivery of assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, athletic department staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Track sponsorship inventory and maintain records of all elements and deliverables.
• Assist with gameday operations, including setup and on-site promotions, and support post-event reporting.
