Job summary

Learfield is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Partnership Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team and support the execution of corporate sponsorship activations on campus.

This role handles day-to-day fulfillment across partner accounts, coordinating with university contacts and brand partners to track assets and deliver campaign elements. You’ll assist with gameday operations and on‑site execution for sponsor activations.

Qualifications

• Experience or internships in marketing, partnerships, events, or related fields.
• Internships or early career experience welcome.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and home games.

Responsibilities

• Support the activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across traditional, digital, and in‑venue platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between the property team, university staff, and brand partners to ensure smooth delivery of partner assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with organization partners, athletic department staff, and internal stakeholders—serving as a trusted and respected representative of Learfield and the property.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records of all sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist with gameday operations, including setup, signage placement, hospitality, and in‑game promotions.
• Supervise gameday staff, as needed, to support on‑site execution.
• Provide proof‑of‑performance documentation for fulfilled partnership elements.
• Support administrative functions such as budget tracking, invoicing, contract documentation, and expense reporting.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with departments (e.g., sales, digital, marketing) to ensure seamless execution.
