Job summary

Learfield is seeking a proactive Senior Partnership Solutions Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team and support multi-channel corporate sponsorships on campus. You’ll manage a portfolio of partner accounts, coordinate with university staff and external vendors, and help ensure deliverables across digital, in-venue, and experiential platforms are completed on time.

This role offers growing ownership, visibility, and scope as you develop processes, partner recaps, and proof of performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in partnership marketing, event coordination, sponsorship, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, partners, or projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator—able to collaborate across internal and external teams and build trust with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fulfillment of assigned partner accounts, coordinating across sales, university, and vendor stakeholders to deliver sponsorship assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with university partners, athletic department staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Take ownership of execution timelines and partner deliverables across digital, in-venue, and experiential platforms.
• Track and manage partner inventory; ensure deliverables are completed on time and to standard.
• Collaborate with internal teams on planning, vendor coordination, and special events that support partner objectives.
