Job summary

Learfield seeks a proactive Senior Partnership Solutions Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team and support multi-channel campus sponsorship activations. You’ll manage a portfolio of partners, coordinate with university staff, and drive execution of assets across digital, in-venue, and experiential platforms.

You’ll develop processes, create partner recaps, and assist with planning, keeping deadlines tight and quality high while mentoring game day assistants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in partnership marketing, event coordination, sponsorship, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator across internal and external teams.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and game days as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fulfillment of assigned partner accounts across sponsorship assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with university partners and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate execution timelines and deliverables across digital, in-venue, and experiential platforms.
• Track partner inventory and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Support game day assistants and provide guidance on execution and performance data.
• Collaborate with teams on planning, vendor coordination, and events.
• Create and maintain activation documentation, recaps, and proofs of performance.
