Job summary

Learfield is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to support corporate sponsorship activations on campus. You will execute day-to-day fulfillment across partner accounts, coordinating with university contacts, brand partners, and internal teams to track assets and deliver campaign elements for fans and sponsors.

This hands-on role emphasizes logistics, planning, and growth within sports sponsorship, with responsibilities spanning gameday operations, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Some experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or a related field (internships or early career experience welcome).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and support where needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and home games.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across platforms.
• Serve as liaison between the property team, university staff, and brand partners to ensure smooth delivery of assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Track inventory and maintain records of sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist with gameday operations including setup, signage, hospitality, and promotions.
• Supervise gameday staff as needed for on-site execution.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled elements.
• Support budget tracking, invoicing, contract documentation, and expense reporting.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, digital, and marketing teams.
