Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Solution Architect within Specialized Services to design and lead end-to-end Sales Performance Management solutions for complex engagements. You translate a customer’s strategy into scalable, well-architected designs across the SPM suite, including commission, territory, and planning.

This hands-on, billable role leads discovery, owns the functional architecture, and guides builds while setting design standards and best practices for engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Performance Management or related sales tech.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Executive communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define SPM vision, roadmap, deliverables, and expectations.
• Lead discovery and design workshops; document end-to-end functional solution across SPM suite.
• Translate strategy into a scalable Salesforce-based solution for territories, planning, and enablement.
• Own design leadership across SPM tools and coordinate with technical architects.
