Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end SPM solutions across sales performance management suites. You’ll translate customer strategy into scalable, well-architected implementations, capture requirements, and guide the build with cross-functional teams.

You will work within the Specialized Services organization, mentor peers, support pre-sales, and ensure governance of scope and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SPM/ICM or related sales tech solutions.
• Strong cross-product solution design on Salesforce.
• Translate business strategy into architecture with strong analytics.
• Executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define SPM vision, roadmap, deliverables, and expectations with stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and design workshops; architect end-to-end solutions.
• Translate requirements into a well-architected Salesforce solution.
• Own design and configuration leadership across SPM suite, including multiple modules.
• Apply AI-powered capabilities to accelerate delivery.
• Define blueprint, governance, and design standards; ensure quality.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects on integrations and data.
• Mentor team members and champion reusable assets.
• Advise customers on operating model and adoption best practices.
• Contribute to proposals, staffing plans, and pre-sales demos/SOWs.
