Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design end‑to‑end Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions for complex engagements. You will lead discovery, shape the functional architecture, and guide implementation across the SPM portfolio including territory and planning components.

You will work with cross‑functional teams and engage with customers to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce‑based solutions, leveraging AI capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Performance Management, incentive compensation, planning or related sales tech solutions.
• Strong cross‑product solution design on Salesforce platform.
• Ability to translate business needs into well‑architected solutions.
• Advanced modeling of incentive, compensation, and planning logic.

Responsibilities

• Define the SPM solution vision, roadmap, deliverables and expectations with stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and design workshops, document end‑to‑end functional solution across SPM suite.
• Translate requirements into an architected solution leveraging Salesforce platform.
• Oversee functional design and configuration across the SPM tools including territories and planning.
• Advise on SPM operating model, adoption, and best practices.
• Support pre‑sales activities such as discovery, demos, and POC development.
