Job summary

This hands-on, billable role requires discovery, architecture, and collaboration with product teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Performance Management or related sales tech.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into well-architected solutions.
• Advanced modeling of incentive and planning logic.
• Experience mentoring team members and leading design work.
• Executive-level communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and solution design workshops across the SPM suite.
• Architect and document end-to-end functional solutions.
• Translate requirements into a scalable Salesforce-based design.
• Own functional design, configuration leadership, and governance.
• Support pre-sales activities, including POC development.
