Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, designing, or consulting on SPM/ICM or related sales tech solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across SPM domains and cross‑product Salesforce solutions.
• Strong analytical and business process design skills.
• Executive‑level communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define the SPM vision, roadmap, deliverables and expectations.
• Lead discovery and design workshops; document end‑to‑end functional solution.
• Translate strategy into a well‑architected Salesforce‑based solution.
• Own functional design and configuration leadership across SPM suite.
• Apply AI/Agentforce capabilities to accelerate delivery and value.
• Define design standards, governance, and oversee scope and quality.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects on integrations and data alignment.
• Mentor team members and support pre‑sales activities and proposals.
• Support customer implementations and maintain billable utilization.
