Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end Sales Performance Management engagements. You’ll translate strategy into scalable, well-architected solutions across the SPM portfolio, including commission plans, territory, and enablement, while leveraging AI-powered capabilities.

You will own discovery, design, and governance, collaborate with architects and product teams, and mentor others.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, designing, or consulting on Sales Performance Management solutions.
• Deep functional expertise in compensation, planning, territory, and enablement.
• Ability to translate business strategy into well-architected Salesforce-based solutions.
• Strong analytical and business process design skills.
• Executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design workshops for SPM engagements.
• Architect and document end-to-end functional solutions across the SPM suite.
• Oversee configuration leadership across Salesforce Maps, Sales Planning, Spiff, and Enterprise Territory Management.
• Mentor team members and support pre-sales activities including RFPs and POCs.
