Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing or designing Sales Performance Management solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across SPM domains and cross-product solution design on Salesforce.
• Ability to translate strategy into well-architected solutions with strong analysis and design skills.
• Capable of modeling complex incentive and planning logic and collaborating with architects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer stakeholders to define SPM vision, roadmap, deliverables, and expectations.
• Lead discovery and design workshops, architecture across the SPM suite, and document end-to-end solutions.
• Translate requirements into a scalable Salesforce-based solution including maps, planning, and territories.
• Own functional design and configuration leadership across the SPM suite and enablement.
• Apply Agentforce AI capabilities to accelerate delivery and value realization.
• Define blueprints, governance, and standards; oversee scope and quality.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects on integrations and data strategy.
• Mentor teammates and promote reusable assets and best practices.
• Advise on operating models, adoption, and pre-sales validation.
• Support proposals, SOWs, and pre-sales activities with customers.
