Sazerac is hiring a Market Development Representative to drive volume and distribution for our spirits brands across a diverse portfolio. You will partner with vibrant on-premise and off-premise locations to grow market share and execute strategic programs.

You will craft solutions, educate customers on trends, and lead distributor in-store activities while tracking KPIs to meet targets. Travel within the territory and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• Proven volume achievements and ability to meet distribution and retail goals.
• Demonstrated use of sales data analytics to drive results and identify trends.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel within territory.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Craft solutions to boost business for assigned accounts and grow market share for Sazerac brands.
• Build brands by educating customers on consumer trends and category insights.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Help achieve volume objectives for core brands across the portfolio.
• Plan and execute programs delivering distribution, merchandising, and promotions goals.
• Develop strong rapport with customers and coordinate with wholesalers and internal teams.
• Act as the communication lead between customers, wholesalers, and the internal team.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met.
