Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Market Development Representative in the United States to grow our brand portfolio through focused growth strategies, effective account management, and strong field execution. You will engage vibrant on-premise locations and travel within your territory to deliver exciting consumer experiences with our award-winning brands.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience in beverages or CPG, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a proven track record of achieving

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries; on-premise experience preferred.
• Results-Driven: Proven ability to deliver volume objectives and distribution points.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Craft solutions for growth by boosting business for assigned accounts and increasing market share.
• Build brand presence by educating customers on trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Lead distributors to support in-outlet selling and execution.
• Drive volume objectives across Sazerac’s diverse portfolio.
• Design and execute programs for distribution, merchandising, display, and promotions.
• Develop rapport with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Serve as communications lead between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure goals are met.
