Sazerac Company is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive growth with on-premise and off-premise accounts across our spirits portfolio. You will lead growth initiatives, educate customers on trends, and guide distributors in selling, marketing, and account execution to achieve distribution goals.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, leveraging data analytics, and coordinating cross-functionally to meet KPI targets while traveling within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in field sales (alcohol-beverage or CPG).
• Results Driven: proven volume achievements and distribution goals.
• Technical Savvy: use of sales data analytics and tools.
• Mobility: valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Schedule: flexibility for evenings/weekends.
• Location: live in or near the territory.
• Expenses: cover business expenses, reimbursed afterward.
• Compliance: solicitor's permit in any state.

Responsibilities

• Craft growth solutions for assigned accounts to boost market share.
• Lead distributor in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Drive volume objectives for core brands within the portfolio.
• Design and execute programs for distribution, merchandising, and promotions.
• Build rapport with customers by understanding needs and constraints.
