Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG.
• Results Driven: Proven volume achievements and ability to deliver on distribution and retail promotional goals.
• Technical Savvy: Demonstrated use of sales data analytics and tools to drive results.
• Mobility: Valid drivers license and ability to travel within an assigned territory.
• Schedule: Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Location: Live in or near the territory.
• Expenses: Ability to personally cover business expenses reimbursed later.
• Compliance: Must obtain a solicitors permit in any state.

Responsibilities

• Join as a Market Development Representative to drive volume and distribution across on-premise and off-premise locations.
• Craft solutions to boost business for assigned accounts and grow brand share.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Monitor KPI progress and align programs with distribution and promotional goals.
• Build rapport with customers and collaborate with wholesalers and internal teams.
