Sazerac is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive growth across on- and off-premise accounts in your territory. You’ll partner with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to expand distribution, optimize in-store execution, and boost brand performance for our diverse spirits portfolio.

In this role you’ll harness data, build relationships, and deliver programs that lift velocity and market share while navigating the fast-paced alcohol-beverage landscape.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• Proven volume achievements in distribution and retail promotional goals.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Craft solutions for growth by boosting business for assigned accounts.
• Lead brand building using trends to educate customers and drive sales.
• Direct distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Help achieve volume objectives for core brands in the portfolio.
• Implement programs for distribution, merchandising, display, and promotions.
• Develop mutual rapport with customers by understanding needs.
• Serve as the communications lead between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure goals are reached.
