Join Sazerac Company in Huntington Beach as a Market Development Representative and drive growth for our spirits brands across grocery, liquor, and convenience channels. You will craft growth plans, educate customers, and lead distributors with in-store selling and execution.

We seek results-driven, technically savvy sales professionals with a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of field sales experience in alcohol or CPG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Craft growth plans and solutions to boost sales for assigned accounts.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Work to achieve volume objectives for core brands in a diverse portfolio.
• Develop mutually valuable rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Communicate between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams to drive results.
