Sazerac Company is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive growth in assigned territories, partnering with grocery, convenience, and liquor stores to expand distribution and volume across our spirits brands. You will be the primary contact for customers, manage in-store activities, and collaborate with distributors and internal teams to deliver results.

The role requires 1+ year in field sales within alcohol or CPG, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG.
• Proven volume achievements and ability to deliver on distribution and retail promotional goals.
• Demonstrated use of sales data analytics and tools to drive results.

Responsabilités

• Crafting Solutions for Growth: implement and manage initiatives to boost business for assigned accounts.
• Brand Building: educate customers using trends to grow market share.
• Distribution: lead distributors with in-store selling and account execution.
• Volume Objectives: help achieve core brand volume goals.
• Strategic Programs: execute programs for distribution, merchandising, and promotions.
• Rapport Building: develop mutually valuable relationships with customers.
• Communication & Collaboration: act as liaison between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• KPI Monitoring: track KPIs to ensure goals are met.
